Joe is the founder of Omega Wealth Private Capital. Joe has spent the last 18 years in the investment and financial planning industry, spending many years on the inside of several regional wirehouse firms. That experience allowed Joe to witness firsthand how those large regional firms handled their clients planning and investment portfolios. This inside experience developed in Joe a burning desire to do things differently when he had his own firm.

Joe’s determination to remove the “Wallstreet Jargon” allowing clients to understand what they own and why they own it. He believes that truly understanding your retirement plan is the difference between being and staying retirement ready.

On weekends you can find Joe watching John Wayne movies on a rainy day or playing golf with his wife Angela of almost two decades and watching their two kids playing in a college golf tournament. They are truly a golf fam.

Doug Ducker

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Doug has developed a deep passion for retirement planning. He and his wife are proud lifelong residents of the Fort Wright, Kentucky, area, and have been happily married since 2008. Together, they are the proud parents of three wonderful children, who are the apples of their eyes.

In addition to his professional commitments, Doug cherishes spending quality time with his family. They enjoy attending Bengals games, cheering on FC Cincinnati, and creating lasting memories on family vacations. He and his wife are actively involved in their children’s lives, supporting them in school sports and various events. On weekends, you can find his family on the soccer fields, coaching and mentoring young athletes as they navigate their journeys in life.

Brad Johansen

Brad brings 40 years of award-winning communication expertise as a master storyteller in newsrooms and broadcast booths across the country. Brad now has turned his attention to helping the modern retiree learn more about how to be and stay retirement ready by hosting WI$E MONEY for Omega Wealth Private Capital. Brad’s ability to get to the heart of the story has earned him 24 Emmys and more than 50 local and national journalism awards. He’s been recognized for his breadth of talent that began with him being named the #1 Speaker in the Nation as a collegiate forensics competitor at Bradley University. Brad’s writing skills are prolific, being awarded multiple times by the Associated Press as the year’s best broadcast writer. He has produced award winning documentaries, investigative reports, light features, news anchoring, sports anchoring, and play-by-play.

Keith Lewis

Wealth Advisor

Keith is a proud graduate of Purdue University. Having been a Cincinnati resident for over 25 years, he comes to Omega Wealth Private Capital with over 20 years of experience in sales, finance, and insurance. His desire to educate and assist people throughout retirement brought him to our team as a Wealth Advisor.

As an avid follower of Purdue sports, Keith can be found cheering on the Boilermakers whenever they play. He is also a fan of the Bengals and holds season tickets to FC Cincinnati. On weekends, Keith can be found on the walking trails of one of Cincinnati’s many great parks or volunteering at a local animal shelter in Batavia.

Kelsey Albrinck

Director of Operations

Kelsey is a proud graduate from The Ohio State University. As a member of the rowing team she helped the Buckeyes to 3 consecutive NCAA National Championship titles! As an avid traveler, Kelsey spent 2 years in Australia. After moving back from Australia, Kelsey became a certified personal trainer and also obtained her life & health insurance license. Kelsey brings her championship knowledge of team work, dedication and relentless hard work to our team as Director of Operations for Omega Wealth Private Capital. Kelsey lives just outside downtown Cincinnati and enjoys Cincinnati’s great parks and amazing local coffee shops. If you need a good restaurant recommendation, Kelsey know all the main spots around our beautiful city.

Julee Cifani

Director of new business

Julee is a lifelong Ohioan with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and a master’s degree from Bowling Green State University. She comes to Omega Wealth Private Capital with a background in elementary education as well as executive administration and donor engagement in the nonprofit sector. She brings a strong faith, a strong work ethic, and a strong desire to help others both in and out of the office. Having lived on both ends of the state, Julee cheers for the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Bengals. When not at work, she can be found in her running shoes on the Loveland Bike Trail or wherever she can find an open pickleball court.

Alyssa Davis

director of marketing & Events

Alyssa is a bubbly Cincinnati native who loves making personal connections with everyone she meets – including our clients! Her unique career experience in sales, human resources, event coordinating, and hospitality brings a variety of skills and warmth to the Omega Wealth Private Capital office. Alyssa stays busy outside of work surrounded by nature, enjoying live music, and sharing quality time with her loved ones. Cooking is her passion and you will find her hosting for friends and family whenever she can. In her spare time this foodie also creates and caters beautiful charcuterie grazing tables for weddings and other events around Cincinnati. Positivity is what drives her and she hopes to spread some of that in small ways every day.

Kali Ingels

Operations Specialist

Kali is an Indianapolis Native and proud Ball State University graduate. She values service, connection, and creating positive experiences for those around her. Kali brings a people-focused approach to her work and enjoys building meaningful relationships through support and collaboration. Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature and on water, seeing live music, and making memories with friends and family. As a true foodie, she enjoys exploring local restaurants just as much as she enjoys cooking and baking at home.

Rachel Marsh

Operations Specialist

Rachel Marsh lives in Edgewood, KY, with her husband, Anthony, their 8-year-old twins, a dog named Griffey, and four turtles. Her daughter enjoys soccer and art, while her son has a passion for baseball and Boy Scouts. When they’re not attending youth sporting events, you can often find them playing pick-up basketball, baseball, or soccer together.

With a background in finance and event planning, Rachel brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity to her role at Omega Wealth. She is excited to combine these skills to deliver exceptional client interactions at the Kentucky office.
